If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Derrick and his crew at Blue Water Pools are amazing! This is our second year with them and we could not be more pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism and top-notch customer service. We had a minor situation brewing with our closing and Derrick personally showed up to oversee the execution and ensure there were no issues. As pool owners for over 15 years, we have used several companies in the past that did not provide the quality, consistent staff or personalized touch that Blue Water provides. We are thrilled to have found them. In addition to the excellent customer service, Derrick's superior knowledge of the pool industry makes us feel that we are in good hands whether it be a need for equipment upgrades, repairs or just general service. We are looking forward to many more years with Blue Water Pools!
