David A. Naples – Founder
David began Blue Water Pools in 1986. After serving as a United States Marine and starting a family, he turned his determination to serving the pool community. His dream grew from one vehicle to now multiple crews servicing his customers. David believes that each customer deserves his personal attention, and that value has been maintained as the company grew and expanded. Over the years, David has taken his original vision and developed it to bring each customer the very best industry standards. David is now retired, but his original vision and commitment to excellence continue to guide the company today, ensuring every customer receives the same level of care and professionalism he established from the very beginning.
Derrick Conti – Owner & President
Derrick entered the pool industry over 25 years ago under the leadership and mentorship of David. Over the years, he dedicated himself to training, skill development, and mastering every aspect of the industry. Derrick brings his expertise to every Blue Water customer and pool, continually expanding his knowledge through certifications, licensing, and ongoing industry education. Upon David’s retirement, Derrick purchased Blue Water Pools, ensuring a seamless transition of ownership. As David’s son-in-law and longtime leader within the company, Derrick proudly carries forward the original values and standards the business was built on, maintaining the commitment to personal service, quality workmanship, and industry excellence.
