  • Do you service above ground pools?

    Unfortunately, we do not. However, if you give our office a call, we would be more than happy to recommend a company in your area that can assist you with your specific needs

  • What are the borates in your option 2 chemical package?

    Certainly! We have tailored a service specifically with those customers in mind. Our Balance and Basket service encompasses comprehensive water testing and balancing, along with cleaning of both skimmer and pump baskets.


    Moreover, while not mandatory, we strongly recommend a traditional vacuum service at least once a month. This ensures the removal of any fine dust particles that robotic vacuums may leave behind, regardless of the bag's fineness. This additional vacuum service is highly recommended to maintain optimal pool cleanliness.

  • Are emergency services available?

    Yes, Blue Water Pools understands that pool issues can arise unexpectedly. We offer emergency services to address urgent situations promptly and efficiently. Contact us, and we'll prioritize your pool's needs. If your emergency is after hours simply press 7 as prompted in the after hours menu.

  • How often do you recommend our filter be cleaned?

    We recommend cleaning DE and cartridge filters annually, ideally after the pool opening and once all pollen has settled, typically around the end of June into July.


    Sand filters typically do not require cleaning; instead, it's advisable to change the sand as needed, typically every 5 to 8 years.

  • What are the benefits of converting my pool to salt?
